“That was fantastic,” Morgan said, tilting her head back. “Good god.”

“You’re telling me.” Mei pulled the back of Morgan’s knee to wrap her leg around her hips. “By far my best work lunch.”

“Yeah, that’s at least top five for me.” Mei bit down where she kissed Morgan’s neck. “Okay, okay. Top three.”

“Brat.”

“What? I have eaten some excellent food,” Morgan said with a prim sniff, prompting Mei to roll on top of her and pin her wrists on either side of her head. Her lover’s gaze roamed hungrily up and down before settling on her eyes with a heady stare. “Careful, Doctor. We have to return to our ‘workplace’ soon. Let’s not start something we don’t intend to finish.”

“Is that a challenge?” Mei sat back, releasing her hands to brace her weight on Morgan’s stomach.

Morgan pushed locks of hair from Mei’s face. “I wouldn’t dream of it.”

Leaning in, Mei kissed down the center of Morgan’s throat, across her sternum and between her breasts, giving them a squeeze on her way down. “No? Why not?”

“You’re still new at this. I wouldn’t want you to be disappointed if you couldn’t do it.”

Every square inch of her words were a direct challenge and Morgan keenly understood Mei’s incapability to back down. With a sardonic chuckle, Mei pecked a chaste kiss against Morgan’s lips.

“Oh, okay.” Slowly, predatorily, she skimmed her mouth across Morgan’s cheekbone to the outer shell of her ear. “Spread your legs.”
